This is another (very) long-term project that I just got the energy and motivation to complete. If you, like me, are totally tired of seeing your doctors run around in those scrubs, time to have a bit of variety! Here are 9 different tops with lab coat to mix it up a bit--your doctors can be anything from conservative to contemporary, to casual, to country!
All tops are morphed (except for pregnancy), and contain all three LODs. All of these tops contain meshes and textures from various EPs/SPs, but are base-game compatible and will be found in the everyday and career categories for young adults and adult sims. Individual poly counts are below.
Most channels were changed to 6x6 or 8x8 to accommodate patterns better. Outfit channels are as follows:
Sweater Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--sweater, Channel 3--sweater collar
Oxford Shirt w/ Tie Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--shirt, Channel 3--tie, Channel 4--shirt collar
V-Neck Sweater Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--sweater, Channel 3--shirt
Vibe Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--vest, Channel 3--shirt, Channel 4--tie
Outdoor Life Stuff Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--sweater, Channel 3--undershirt
Tropics Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--shirt, Channel 3--shirt collar
Chinese Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--shirt, Channel 3--collar and shirt details
Bolo Tie Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--shirt, Channel 3--vest, Channel 4--bolo tie details
French Cravat Top: Channel 1--coat, Channel 2--vest, Channel 3--tie, Channel 4--shirt
I have done my best to test these out in advance, but due to the way they were frankenmeshed, you may get occasional bleed-through or mesh-poking, particularly if your sim is near 100% fat/muscular. Some of the tops have sleeve cuffs that animate a bit strangely when your sim starts gesturing. Unfortunately, I never could figure that one out. Sorry!
As always, I hope you and your male sims will enjoy :lovestruc

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
MTS has all free content, all the time. Donate to help keep it running.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.
For Package files:
1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
For Sims3Pack files:
1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
