This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

The Kia Multi Room by Buggybooz in Pooklet's natural colours. You might like to visit BB's Retreat to get recolours by Buggybooz. You may also like to check out my BB's Sweet Slumber in Pooklet Natural Colours and BB's Aurore Bedroom Set in Pooklet Natural Colours.
As far as I know these are base game compatible, no EP's or SP's required!
