Lot Desc: An, only slightly rundown, townhouse for a very big family. Includes an unfurnished basement ready for transformation.
This lot is made to replace 2-32 Landgraab Ave in potato-ballad-sims's NYC Boroughsburg It has a whopping 6 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms.
The unfurnished price is §50,512 and the furnished price is §72,105.
In this lot, I used objects from all of the following EPs and SPs-
Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons, Island Paradise, and Fast Lane Stuff. If you do not have all of these, some content will be replaced.
