Lose Weight / Get Fit New Year's resolution bugfix

If you have the Seasons expansion pack, you might have made a resolution for your sim about losing weight.



Unfortunately that resolution couldn't be accomplished since developers have a bug in their simulation python code.

Fortunately the product of my attepmts to understand modding became the mod that fixes the issue described above.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have already taken that resolution for your sim and you think you've completed it before installation of the mod, then
1. remember your sim's current weight
2. use something like MCCC to manually change weight high (like 100), apply changes
3. then return weight rememberred previous state
The same with fintess (but change to -100 and revert).
You need to do this only if your sim took the resolution BEFORE the mod was installed, since the code checks completion criteria if the parameter (fat or fit) crosses a threshold.

P.S. I've sent source file to EA, but I'm not sure whether or when they patch this bug.
