I forgot to include a hamper in the house, and clothes will randomly pile up whenever sims change. I am so sorry, I thought that having washing machines will not trigger dirty clothes, and that only the presence of hampers will do so! To fix this, either delete the washing machines or put a hamper anywhere on the lot, again, sorry!
