Even after patch PC: 1.67.45.1020 / Mac: 1.67.45.1220 some players are reporting a bug with lot taxes, so this mod is being left as is.

Description

The Eco Lifestyle patch introduced a new billing system that breaks down your bills into categories based on water usage, lot taxes, etc.

However, this also introduced a bug that caps Lot Taxes at 300 Simoleons even if your lot value was much higher. This means that bills for expensive lots after this patch dropped significantly.

This is a pure script mod that fixes this by implementing different calculations for Lot Taxes and should return bills to relatively normal values.

Compatibility
Working on PC version 1.66.139.1020.
This mod was made and tested on PC version 1.64.84.1020
This mod shouldn't require Eco Lifestyle or any other packs to function

Conflicts
This mod shouldn't conflict with any other script mod as long as it doesn't modify the "_get_property_taxes" function in "Bills".
Should be compatible with XML bill changers and MCCC bill amount options.
