What do Jay Leno, Ralph Lauren, Rowan Atkinson, and Nick Mason all have in common? Cars. They collect cars.
Now your sim can too! (...well, they can have a very modest collection, anyway, compared to those guys!)
This Modern Luxury Mansion is built with the car enthusiast in mind ~ with room to keep nine vehicles



The original design floor plan is above; and this is built pretty much exactly to those specifications
When I first saw this design on line I knew right away HL's Loft Window Add-On Set would suit perfectly - and I think I used every bit of that set in here!
For those of you watching your CC intake - there is that set, the big fireplace (pictured below), another window and a door (both from other completer sets) and a few wallpapers from me included in the file. So... not too much




As one would expect, this is a very well appointed house; and the kitchen is no exception. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances include: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, trash chute, and sink. Wine racks line one wall, and a bar is fitted at the end of a spacious line of cabinets. There is plenty of room to store (or display) all your personal kitchen gadgets and gizmos!

A Grill is available on the patio, along with a convenient mini-fridge. Another mini-fridge with nuker (microwave), espresso maker, and sink is available in the West Garages, and again upstairs in the Laundry Room. In the East Garages, you will find some simblance of a man-cave called the "Brake Room"...


All it needs now is some cars! If you need cars to collect, might I suggest: Fresh Prince Creations
I am really pleased how the Master Bath and closet turned out - don't forget to take a look at them. I hope you have a sim who will enjoy living in this house. I would love to hear what you do with it - let me know if you have a car enthusiast in your game. Please?

Please scroll through all the above pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplaces all have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. And, there are 5-6 telephones interspersed throughout. (It's a pretty sprawling place!)

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for NINE (9!) vehicles: five on the driveways, and four in the garages. However, because the driveways are turned sideways (all are sideways except for the entry driveway piece - where the driveway meets the road) ...because of their being sideways, you will not get the driving animation. Cars will teleport to the road and back to their parking space when the trip is completed. Sims will still use the cars as they normally would.

--- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Niol/Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Then, if it's a Bespoke Roof recolor - it will be THESE adjusted versions by The Llama Park/Tumblr that you see used in the pictures.
(However, what you get in the packaged file, will either be the plain EA roof or the straight, un-modified Bespoke roof from the set here on MTS2.)

I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
