Di Medici Place
This Estate offers "timeless old world charm and modern amenities."
~ built with MINIMAL CC ~
It features 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, numerous balconies, a back porch and patio, a private fishing pond, and a very large swimming pool. Inside you will find a home theater/screening room, a two-story library, two kitchens - plus an outdoor grill/kitchen, sauna and fitness dojo, billiard's room, and a spectacular wine cellar. Did I mention the "Secret Garden"? It's got that too!
...although it's really not that big of a "secret" - I caught the papergirl wandering around in there the other day. *le sigh*

The original architectural design is from Archival Designs, Inc.

Please enjoy touring the rest of this sprawling estate by scrolling through the above pictures. There is a LOT to see in this place! I hope you have some wealthy sims who will enjoy living here.

This house is fully furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stoves, grill, and all fireplaces have smoke alarms. 0utside-accessible doors are burglar alarmed. Each level has a telephone.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. Please be aware - this house is built on a sloped lot. I have moved it around and placed copies in many different 'hoods without any problems. But, because of the sloped lot, I recommend you make a back-up of your hood before installing this lot. It is also a very large lot, and may slow down (cause lagging) on some computers.

NOTE: The large square dining table in the Breakfast Nook has inaccessible seats. I liked the look of it, so I kept it - but you may want to change out the table for a smaller one before calling the fam in for breakfast! Also, in the Family Room, the coffee table is in the way if your sims wish to light the fireplace. (None of the other fireplaces have issues.)

There is parking for five vehicles; three on the driveway, and two in the garage.

This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and all tubs are accessible for dog washing.

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
--- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Definitely used and NOT included - you MUST go get these before installing this lot:
Windkeeper's Open Me AddOn Door

Custom Content Included:
- Maxis Fireplaces (both) - without chimney by mia86 @ MTS2
- Open Me AddOn Windows (both) by Windkeeper @ MTS2
- Castle Arch 2T by EA Store Castle Collection now hosted @ GoS

Lot Size: 6x5 (huge!)
Lot Price (furnished): $528,390

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Niol/Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Then, if it's a Bespoke Roof recolor - it will be THESE adjusted versions by The Llama Park/Tumblr that you see used in the pictures.
(However, what you get in the packaged file, will either be the plain EA roof or the straight, un-modified Bespoke roof from the set here on MTS2.)
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
