My first upload, have fun 
This is a little, modern house.
Rooms are maintained in their main colors. Bedroom is red, bathroom is black and white, kitchen with dining table is blue and living room is green. There is also a little pool, which is placed behind the house. Whole mansion takes something around 90 tiles of living space so lot can be changed into Tiny Home Residential lot.
