This career is a one track career with ten levels to help you move up the ranks in gymnastics. This career goes along the British Gymnastics route due to me being more familiar with the British Gymnastics System. However I have also tried to generalise this career as much as possible.

Level 1: Sport Leader


You are not yet a qualified gymnastics coach, so you cannot have your own group. You have to build positive relationships with the gymnasts and welcoming new gymnasts into the club.

Days: Monday, Thursday, Saturday

Level 2: Pre School Gymnastics Coach

This is the first official step into becoming a gymnastics coach. It is important to stay energised as you will be working with the little ones. You have to plan engaging and fun lessons for toddlers.

Wage: 13/H
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Level 3: Level 1 Gymnastics Coach


Congratulations you have passed your Level 1 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification. You are responsible of the recreational programme, as you are able to support key fundamental gymnastics skills. You can have up to 8 gymnasts at once.


Wage: 25/H
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Level 4: Level 2 Gymnastics Coach

You have passed your Level 2 Gymnastics Qualification and is now responsible for up to 16 gymnasts at a given time. You are able to teach the squad gymnasts as you are now qualified to coach harder and more challenging skills. You have the added responsibilities of admin, listening to what the head coach wants you to do.

Level 5: Level 3 Gymnastics Coach

You are officially head coach of Willow Creek Gymnastics Club. You are responsible for everyone within the building including Sport Leaders, Pre School, Level 1 and Level 2 Coaches. You are in charge of the entire running of the gymnastics club and ensuring that it runs as smoothly as possible.

Level 6: High Performance Gymnastics Coach

You are responsible of the elite gymnastics programme at Willow Creek Gymnastics Club. Your aim is to get your gymnasts on the National Team so they are in contention in going to Worlds or even the Olympics. You work closely with the Head coach, discussing which gymnast they feel should join your invitation only programme.

Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday

Level 7: National Team Gymnastics Coach


You work closely with all Gymnasiums within the nation. You coach the younger national team members who are not yet older enough to go to the Olympics. Your focus is ensuring these gymnasts are ready and prepared for the Olympics when they become old enough.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Level 8: Head National Coach


You are responsible for all the major gymnastics competition. Your primary focus is working with the older gymnastics who are already old enough to qualify for the Olympics. You also sometimes coach the younger gymnasts to see where they are at. You are responsible for adding or cutting anyone from the National Team Squad.

Level 9: Gymnastics Coordinator

You are responsible for anything and everything gymnastics. Instead of coaching, you are responsible for organising the gymnastics competitions and planning courses. You are responsible to write emails and promote the Simsworld Gymnastics Federation.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

You are the top dog. Anything gymnastics related has to go through you. You are in charge of any decision gymnastics related regardless how small or big it is.
