Elfen Lied Lucy's Black Dress/Outfit

This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
So I decided to make Lucy's dress from Elfen Lied. I was searching for it online saw it others making it but the download site didnt worked for me so I decided to make my own dress of Lucy and here it is! And after 10 years of playing sims I learned how to use body shop!
Outfit is for ADULT and is for everyday, formal and outwear
Mesh is included as if the original link to mesh doesnt work anymore so I included it too
