These two apartments is my favourite build, and perfect for something different in your neighborhood. Both apartments has a wing each as a balcony and they each has 3 sepreated rooms.

NOTICE: If you want to rent a furnished apartment, you have to use boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, and then press shift while clicking on the door to rent the apartment furnished.

Perfect for parties, hobbies and activites, so you don't get bored while playing.

If you explore these apartmens before moving your sims in, the cars wil dissappear. If you move them in as the first thing, they will still be there. (I did not make these rules, EA did )
