"Town Hotel" from MySims as an apartment ( MySims Project ) - NO CC

Hi! Today I am uploading an important piece of my series of content inspired by characters, places and storylines from the MySims franchise.
This is an apartment lot inspired by the Town Hotel from the PC game! Hotels are not that useful in the game since they can only be used on vacation hoods, so I have decided to build it as an elegant apartment building. This was a huge lot to make with lots of rooms to decorate, so if I did something wrong by mistake please let me know!

The lot has a fake revolving door. Once entered you will find yourself in the hall, where you can book a room and pay your rent. The adjacent room is the lounge area, with a fireplace and a piano. The hall has two elevators which give access to the upper floor, and a door which directs towards the ground floor rooms. The ground floor also includes a communal kitchen and a room for dogs that may eventually accompany the apartment's inhabitants.
On the upper floor there's another lounge area, a small studying area, a nursery for toddlers and infants, and the corridor that gives access to other bedrooms, the upper floor communal kitchen and a room for cats where they can rest and take care of all their needs.
The total amount of bedrooms is TWELVE.
Outside the building you will find a parking lot, a small courtyard with trashcans and emergency stairs.
