this is a family house with 2 click foundations which was modified with the tool TS2GridAdjuster.
It has a sloping basement in which there is a children's room and a bathroom.the main floor has a small study, living room, kitchen, dining room, and a half bath.the second floor includes a spacious double bedroom with a dresser, desk, and bathroom.on the outside is the driveway, a pond, decorated with plants and a swing.Since this is a two-click foundation lot, it is not compatible with indoor pet accommodation.

the outdoor area is decorated with plants, has a floor in the backyard area with a house for pets, rest chairs and driveway.

The original and modified lot keep the original Sims Seasons format.
