Unfortunately, as of game version 1.103, this mod is broken. Dressers can be "claimed", but the "claim" isn't saved and automatically removes upon reloading the lot or the game. I have no idea why this happens and am not sure this is something I'm going to be able to fix via XML tuning. If anyone has any suggestions, or knows of a potential solution, it would be greatly appreciated. This mod will be unsupported until further notice.
