Welcome to Lynmouth House, a three bedroomed dwelling. The ground floor has a large welcoming hallway with archways leading to the lounge area with a homely fireplace. From the hallway there is an archway into the well-equipped kitchen dining area.. There are french doors that lead onto the large patio that hosts a seating area and BBQ. The garden area is small but prettily landscaped. The kitchen also has doors leading to a small restroom and a large music room.
Upstairs the balconied landing leads to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is decorated in green tones and has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a double and decorated in blue tones. This room also had 'hidden' wardrobes behind the arches, why not explore? The third bedroom is set up for two little girls in shades of turquoise and aqua.

The house is built on a two step foundation, achieved by using the Gridadjuster by Mootilda.
The house uses a few pieces of CC. I thoroughly recommend the Independent Expressions set by Marylou to complete the Maxis set.
