I made this apartments a long time ago, it was in october 2022, it was raining and the power grid was shutting down all the times I tried to upload this build to modthesims, I was stressed, and needed to upload it to calm my anxiety, so I uploaded it with rage. Now I'm more relaxed since it is not raining and the power grid works perfectly, so I decided to edit this upload with more time and patience.

"Cartago Seaview Apartments are located in front of Cartagena's Beach, it's summer and the tourists are visiting the country to enjoy the warmth and sun-kissed beaches of Murcia's Region, even the british elderly likes to move to here because of the big retirement that awaits them, if you can afford to pay the rent in an apartment by the beach, why not to go live in there".

The apartment's rent here are very expensive, maybe it's the location or the nearby beach... it could be because of the typical mediterranean architecture too... who knows...
