No More Lightning or Thunder - Safe and Normal Rain Weather

The Sims 3: Seasons often has thunderstorms. A lot of thunderstorms. And they're a part of almost any form of rainy weather. It's far from unusual to have thunder 4 days a week, or to have thunderstorms last 2 days straight.
With this override mod to remove lightning, your Sims can go out in rainy weather with nothing to fear, so they can jump in puddles, test out umbrellas, and simply be able to be outdoors in general. The mod also aims to help soothe the fears of players out there who may have astraphobia, a fear of lightning.
Weather-related lightning strikes on world lots become impossible to occur ever again and will be a thing of the past, and even thunder in the faraway distance become a statistical anomaly that happen maybe once every 2 weeks or so.

• The mod does not prevent Sims from autonomously trying to run to an indoor area during heavy rain.
• As of February 2023, NRaas Overwatch has been known to permanently enable the Dystopian Future Defense Grid in Oasis Landing for that savefile, thus it disables meteor-related lightning there. As a significant percentage of Sims 3 mod users could be presumed to use that mod, it is unclear if there's any need for this mod too to disable that lightning type.

• 5th of November 2022: Non-numbered major update (Retroactively titled v1.1). The mod now also removes the chance for weather stones to cast a lightning strike on the Sim, as well as makes it so that geyser rifts in Into the Future's dystopian future no longer has a chance of giving the "Lightning Magnet" moodlet.

About Me
Sorting-talent fairy (Think Disney Fairies' talent system) who likes and strongly specialises in Sims 3. Good at building community lots, and turned out to have a talent for S3PE mods. From Norway. He/him, but I won't mind it at all about anyone mistaking me. Carried The Sims Wiki's maintenance of Sims 3 pages virtually singlehandedly in 2023. Likes good food. PFP: Lucky Luke.
WIP big projects:
• EP changelogs for British English v1.4 (April 2024)
• "60FPS EA splash screen in Sims 3" (April/May 2024; depends on whether there's a fair amount of players who aren't using the various "Skip intros" mods)
• "IMAG game files ran through OptiPNG for slightly better game performance" (March or Q2 2024; need to figure out if DeltaBuild0 images are fair game to post as a mod, and not just FullBuild0)
• "Turn supermarkets into department stores" (Likely cancelled, as SN elixirs didn't have separate code rows)
• "Sims 3 Seinfeld apartment based on an architect's chart from 2011" (Cancelled; Sims 3 simply couldn't accomodate the needed straight/diagonal walls)
Backup of some of my mods (External link). I understood the rules (Link) as that "About Me" 100% allowed such links, though the normal SoMe profile settings lacked GitHub or GitLab options.
