The Wayne Family has stood to defend and mold Gotham for generations. These noble walls hold centuries of history, as well as the current home of Bruce Wayne, Alfred Pennyworth, and his wards. Everyone needs a hero, and every hero needs a home, so Get your Bat Fam ready, because here is the Wayne Manor!
The manor is based off the English Manor Home used in the Nolan “Batman Begins” trilogy. The exterior has been painstakingly rendered into the Sims 4 as this recreation based on the Nolanverse mansion that was used for all exteriors in the movies.
The Ground floor houses two ballrooms – one converted into a classroom for the wards (Tim, Dick, and Jason), a Grand Hall, Bruce’s private study and office, and the servants apartments (currently occupied by just Alfred to keep Bruce’s secret safe).

The upper floor has bedrooms for Bruce, Tim, Jason, Dick and visiting friends. It is also decked out with an open library that looked down on the Great Hall below.

And then of course, the Batcave (or in this case Llama cave since its Sims) complete with Suit Vault, Batcomputer, armory, holding cell and containment cells, infirmary, and bunk area for crashes between patrols that you can’t be seen in the public upstairs for.
