UPDATE If you wish to add New Windenburg to your existing neighbourhood, you can now! I've made both shopping district and downtown versions.

I've recreated one of the most iconic TS4 worlds - Windenburg, but with some slight enhacements, like giving premade sims backgrounds, memories, relations, etc.
All families and lots have been recreated and rebuilt as close to the original as possible with TS2 mechanics, with 1 extra household and 7 additional lots, all taken from either the original neighborhood terrain or the Maxis's gallery page. There is also a fully custom set of townies.
New Windenburg is cc free, with the only required mod being the Camera Mod. It was also built using all expansion and stuff packs, and using the Ultimate Collection is likely required as well. The neighbourhood number is N465.
As I lack any knowledge of making a custom terrain, I've decided to use a somewhat similar (and one of my favourites) Quaint Quarters by Loverat, downloadable here: https://modthesims.info/d/116881/qu...-terrain-2.html
There are total of 9 playable households, 58 sims in total (28 playables and 30 townies) and 34 lots.
