Townies you know well in your Pleasantview or any custom hood without sim blender! The file (sub hood or main hood) contains only sims that I took from SimsBin. Their use slightly changed presets as faces, so they are good fit for maxis-match Simmers. Unfortunately, the names I gave them will only appear in the main hood version, sims from sub hood will get random names.

To install N001 (main hood)
Download and extract the file. Paste it in Neighborhoods folder in your Program files - Base.
Location for UC C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Double Deluxe\Base\TSData\Res\UserData\Neighborhoods.

To install SZ01 (sub hood)
Download and extract the file. Paste it in Neighborhoods folder in your Program files - Best of Business.
Location for C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Best of Business\EP3\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate
