Wow I'm really NOT a builder!

Hello baby boys! I've always felt the apartment system from The Sims 2 is way too underestimated by the players! Even though an open world isn't a possibility here, we can get pretty close to it by building a mini town like Perfectville!

*IMPORTANT*
Every 'apartment' is fully decorated, but you'll need to use 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' in order to rent the furnished versions!

I tried to give your Sims everything they'll ever need in just one lot, no more loading screens: there's a gym, a library, a dance studio, a wedding church, a mausoleum/graveyard, a beauty salon and a nightclub!

There's 10 "apartments" for you to "rent" (in my mind this is NOT an apartment complex though, it's a mini town lol) from big beautiful and overly decorated houses to simpler and cheaper options!

The first four houses were inspired by 'Desperate Housewives'! Each has an aesthetic inspired by a main character of the show!

The idea here is to simulate an open world in Sims 2! I was not able to add a clothing or grocery store 'cause those aren't allowed in apartment lots, but there's ways of doing so if you want to edit Perfectville on your own!
