Let's you get more visitors on small business lots (including the residential businesses, except apartments) whilst also being under the 20 sims limit to keep performance but with improved immersion.
NOTES
Customer counts depend on the day of the time and rank. Rank especially as level 5 Business Renown doubles the usual count up to a max of 14 sims (unlike vanilla being max 8 at level 5)
