Please note that you'll likely need most, if not all, of the EP's and SP's in order for the lot to function as intended.

It's a spacious lot and costs §143,400.

I recommend downloading HugeLunatic's 'Rug Fix' mod. While not necessary, the rugs on the lot will look pretty strange without it.
