Hi all.

My latest here. The Gingerbread mans home.
The entire house is made from the finest gingerbread. The furniture are a nice mix of gingerbread and different candy.

It’s a small 2 story house on a 3x3 lot. I think.

Outdoor:
-> The house stands on a large gingerbread plate covered with cotton candy. Lollypops, candy canes and piles of M&M are scattered arround the house. The walkway up to the house are paved with M&M's.
-> A small terrace in the back with seeting.
-> A small front porch. Room for seeting.

1'rst floor:
-> Entrance hallway.
-> Kitchen with a tiny pantry.
-> Dinig room.
-> Living room.
-> Small bath room.
-> Stairway room.

2'nd floor:
-> 2'nd floors hall.
-> 2 bedrooms.
-> 1 bath room.

1 furnished house @ 70.000 simoleons.
1 unfurnished house @ 22.000 simoleons.

NOTE! You need to DL Fad D Half walls your self. For some strange reason they don’t get packed with the rest of the house.
