Hello there! :howdy:
After all the great response (and requests) from my original Ultimate X-Men: Legends post, (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=86364) I've created several more characters for your simming pleasure.
First, I have the adult versions of the previously released teen versions of Gambit, Rogue, Iceman, Shadowcat, and X-23.
Next, is the Ultimate version of Nightcrawler, aka Kurt Wagner!
Then, there are both teen and adult versions of Blink, aka Clarice Ferguson, who is one of my favorite mutants.
Finally, an X-Man very near and dear to me, Synapse. Now, you might ask yourself, who's Synapse? (incidentally, the codename is pronounced like Sin-Aps) Synapse is a character I created back on July 14th, 2000. This coincided with the release of the first X-Men movie as well as the opening of the Official Fansite for the Movie. The fansite is now defunct, but when it was open, someone had the ingeniousness to start the Never Ending X-Men Club Story. A group of us branched off and continued the story first in a yahoo group, then in a smartgroups group. It still continues today, however, it has slowed down considerably. In this story, you created your own mutant to attend the recently opened Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. The mutant I created was Synapse, whose real name is Alexander Jeffries. Synapse initially only had limited telepathy which gave him control over other peoples synapses, the linking system of neurons in the brain. This gave him complete control over whoever his power targeted. Over the years, he developed a secondary mutation which I coined as "gravikinesis". Gravikinesis is the ability to move objects by manipulating the forces of gravity. He has also gained a greater control over his telepathy and is on a level not much farther below mutants such as Phoenix, X-Man, and Cable. A lot has happened to Alex in his five years of existence. Too much to list here. However, for the first time at ModTheSims2, I'm allowing you all free access to Synapse. As I said, he is very near and dear to me, so please don't just toss him in the pool and remove the ladder, :confused: that would upset me considerably. Treat him well. I'm releasing him as both Teen and Adult. Before Alex joined Xavier's School, he was a member of the Mutant Underground, a group of Mutants and Humans, aiding displaced mutants in finding safe harbor in a world that fears and hates them. It was during this time that he encountered a mutant named Clarice Ferguson, and found his first love. Also, in the close-up of Synapse, you'll notice in the inset picture, that he has a green mist covering his eyes. This is what happens to him when he uses his powers. For the sim version, this is brought to you by means of a mask. You can remove the mask, revealing his vibrant green eyes beneath. Incidentally, if you've wondered where my screen name of SynapticSim came from, this would be it.
