Hi. This is my first sims 2 upload, so please bear with my confusion about which things you need to download to make it work.
I have been having trouble finding a good Rinoa, so I decided to make my own version of her in her everyday blue outfit. I am using lykurgus's jedi dueling robe mesh for her clothing (found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p=742451) Now available for Non-EP users!
Also, I have re-texturized a mesh by Rose from SimsTV for her hair: http://www.simstv.com/sims2hair02.htm -- The site is slow, but worth it!
These things should all be included in the pack:
The eyebrows are from Sue (I can't remember what site it came from--if it's yours let me know and I'll be happy to accomodate to your terms of use), the lipstick is from Akito, and the skintone is by Sandy at Around the Sims 2 (http://www.aroundthesims2.com/). The rest is custom made by me (eyes, eyeshadow, hair and clothing textures--feel free to redistribute, credit would be appreciated :D).
Hope you like her! (If the maxis installer says that you need expansion data, try using Clean Installer to install her.)
**Note, she looks a little off in the game, so you'll probably want to tweak her a bit. The first screenshot is the in game version without adjustments, with a tiny picture of her in bodyshop in the corner (just a comparison for you to tweak by). If you just make her eyes a tiny bit smaller I think she will be in good shape
