This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

I've been away for a while, and I apologise for vanishing off the face of the earth... though I'm not sure any of you remember me :] Work overtook me though and after work, life was difficult, and it's only now that I've had time to sit down and try Sims 2 out once again.

So, as an "I'm sorry for bailing on you" gift, I've finished three skins, and I'll also sit down and make a massive collection of my eyes – as I've been asked to many times before.

Regarding these skins:
Available for all ages
Available for all of Maxis' sizes
Changes with body tone

There's –

Morning Light – similar to some of my freckled skins of the past, but more heavily freckled and with some different texturing. I think I like this one better.

Cold Light – a very, very pale skin with a single birth mark on the cheek.

Sunset – a dark skin, edited from my dark collection that I never released because I couldn't get the tones right. I'll be working towards releasing that later this week.

All of the eyes in the images are my work and all of them will be available in my 'eye collection' that I'll upload either later today or tomorrow.

Big hugs everyone, and apologies again for disappearing for so long. I've fallen horribly behind on uploads and I feel like I have no clue anymore. I'm going to clear out all of my neighbourhoods and my downloads, and start all over.

Hi,

I've just saw your latest skintones (also the olders like Pixie Skins).
It's great, especially I love the facial textures

But the bodies' and some parts of faces' look familiar to me, remind my skintones, maybe you know.
It looks like you blurred my textures a little, and I can't find any credit.
Would you mind explanning that?

ARGH! No wonder you're so good at creating skins! You're Linda Bergkvist! Damn you, you're using your artistic skills for modding purposes. I have to thank you, not only are these great for my game but I've actually learnt alot from them, like how the light falls on the face and theres a slight green tone under the eyes, ect. ^-^ and also, your tutorials on your site are great. i learnt how to paint on photoshop solely from them. aye. okay.

I love your work so much Enayla. Your paintings are beautiful beyond words. You inspire me greatly! The skins you make are just insanely gorgeous! I hope you come back soon with some more wonderous skintones and eyes

Also, aren't all skintones going to have some similarities in one way or another? They are meant to be flesh after all

Are they anatomically correct? Everyone has anatomically correct skins, I've been looking everywhere to find some, and still can't find any!

I've attended artschool for years, and have been drawing acts, people, models for many years ago. No, they are not anatomical correct, i guess
it's very difficult. But they work fine in my game, i like them very much!
And if you re not very picky, (as i am) you'll do not really see the big difference in the game. If you are not satisfied with the skins, you can use
the default maxis (not anatomical correct either )

as Testobjects we might try out to make some ourself. I bet i would find problems. Have to learn how to use milkshape and other stuff.

I thank the artists for making such nice skins, and have no plan to complain, they work for free to share with us.

Use them and try, you will like them

I'm a COLD LIGHT woman!!! I'm whitey white white white and it's hard to find nice super pale skins that don't make "my" sim look like it glows in the dark LOL

Ive been a fan of yours from when I was playing morrowind Ive d/l all your mods into my game and they are still my favorite players. I was so happy to see you creating for Sims2

Pfft. Like anyone would forget you. Yours is the name I ALWAYS see when people talk about skintones.

These are very, very nice. They seem a bit... shiny for my tastes, so I guess I'll have to download them and try 'em out

do not remember you? well, i'm a sims 2 fan who has nothing to do with any community or other gamers, i'm one of those who are here and there to download silently and go back to the game and play. but you, YOU are one of the rare creators i will never forget! your work is the best i've ever seen! thank you so much for comming back and share this great skins with us!
