I realize there are many versions of Halliwell Manor available for download and I am definitely guilty of this not being the only version I have made available to the Sims 2 Community. The original version of this house ended up in the Subscription section at TSR. So, upon request I decided to revamped all 3 "Charmed" lots and share them here on MTS, to make them available to the masses for FREE. This lot is my official first upload to MTS!


IMPORTANT NOTES
1. The exterior windows and doors are NOT included in the download. The windows I used in the picture are no longer available for download. While I have several versions (including Charmed Sims 2 Style windows, Alban's from ReflexSims, Dgandy's from Sims Fashion Barn and Potiki's from TSR...not all of those mentioned are available for download. Luckily, you can get Dgandy and Potiki's versions of Charmed Windows and doors from Yahoo Groups.

The Dgandy link is a part of the "Saving the Sims 2" Yahoo Group. You will find a plethora of Sims Fashion Barn "Charmed" furniture and objects on that site under the "Themes" section.


2. I created all walls and floors for this house (both interior and exterior). Feel free to use them in your own lot creations. They may be uploaded to other sites (free or pay) as long as I receive credit for my work. Enjoy!

3. The only other user created object included in the download is Ailias' Wood Rail in White fence (used with permission). THANK YOU Ailias for helping to bring this version of the Charmed House to the MTS2 Community. Check out the fence and other creations by Ailias here: Ailias' Downloads

4. With exception to Ailias' fence, the house is DECORATED using Maxis objects (not Custom Content). I did this so the house can be instantly playable while you redecorate it with all of the wonderful "Charmed" objects you may already have. I wanted to share a few screenshots below to give an idea of what it looks like. Please keep in mind that the "Charmed" windows and doors are not included.


The house includes 5 exterior entrances all with covered porches, a foyer, a coat room, a parlor, a living room, the solarium, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a backyard hall (leading to the downstairs restroom), a upstairs parlor, Prue's Room, Piper's Room, Phoebe's Room, an exercise room, 3 upstairs bathrooms, a decorated attic, a decorated basement (party room), several garden areas, an outdoor swimming pool, etc.
