I downloaded the hair mesh and re-colour, but for some reason only the aquapinkblueyellow, blue, green, and teal recolours show up. I was wondering why this might be?

So sorry.. I have no idea what may be causing the problem. They seem to be working for everyone else... Maybe try downloading again? If you continue to have problems pm me, and we'll muddle our way through it together.
