Beach Cabin - small, beach house for single sim.

I fixed problem with "vanishing" house after installation. I hope it will work properly now - please give me know if its fine or not. There is new zip file, so you can redownload this lot.

The summer will end soon, but in the game we can always have summer, so I decided to bulid the beach cabin - for sims which love sun. My purpose was to create as small as possible, but still playable house. It contains all necessary objects without Tv - no living room in here, but I think there is a lot other activities sim can do on the beach. Hope you will like it .

Lot size: 20x30
Unfurnished: $20 919
Furnished: $33 145
Room list
+ kitchen
+ bedroom
+ lavatory

It contains also a large beach area whit deck-chairs, a grill place, and a bath in the garden.

Custom content used in this lot - The Sims 3 Store:
+ Headhunter Battle Mask
+ Double Frame Photo
+ Hula Dancer Lamp
+ Stranded from Nothing Atoll

Lot will be working if you don't have store objects - they will be replaced by basic objects in the game.

Thanks for viewing, downloading and comments!

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I really like small lots that still divide up the room (rather than being like a studio apartment). This is really cute!

Wow... You totally deserved that star. If I could learn how to build a well-proportioned house like you, I would be the happiest girl in the world! lol

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Also not showing in my game, am in the process of removing all my mods/cc to see if there's something borking up my game that's stopping your lovely house from showing up.
