Yes, this will be so much better for Strangetown.

Hello, I just had this revelation that you sir, the creator of this mod which I consider essential (not because of it's title, I'm not seeking to further derail the comments thread) might happen to still be lurking around on this site now and then. I don't currently utilize this mod, though if I could make sense of it enough in SimPE to make one little adjustment to it without it borking my game entirely it would be freakin perfect. Would you perhaps be willing to take just one more request for one more modification of one of your existing weather mods, this one here in particular?

In short, I would genuinely appreciate a version of this particular weather mod of yours that did not affect the stock game's season of Winter in any way whatsoever. (so I wouldn't have to keep clicking the batbox menu for MOAR! snow)

I really like the feature that you added that causes it to cool down at night in the summer. I have some lots in desert settings where I wanna have folks sleep outside without getting a sunburn or tan when it's just past midnight.

If you could make a version of this mod that didn't affect Winter, I would consider it to be the way the weather in that expansion should have behaved in the shipped product, as well as be entirely grateful.

Thanks.

I'm not sure, but using the "more snow in winter" mod by the same author might work if you make sure it's loaded after this one (downloads are loaded alphanumerically, so add "z" to the start of any mod's name to make it load later than most others).

I'm going to be doing an "apocalypse challenge type scenario" (read: I'm not going for official competition score or even trying to rush through, so I'll break/implement any dang rule I want!), so I'll be trying this as I want my winters to coat the ground in snow/nuclear ash, but like what's going on with the other seasonal changes in this mod.

LOL.. I've got a feeling that if I placed two of these weather hacks in particular in the downloads folder, regardless of hack order, that my game would end up in nuclear ash.
Not even gonna try it. Thanks though...
