Brainania has three dorms which are located across the road from the beach on one side of the island. All three dorms are small, with only 7 or 8 students per dorm. Although you'll find these dorms more comfortable and appealing than the ones in EA universities, we've made an effort to keep them less expensive per student than the ones that EA provides.

Apodemus Dorm

This dorm has a mixture of rooms available: 2 large rooms with double beds, 2 medium rooms with single beds, and 4 small rooms.

Double Double Dorm

Four double rooms with double beds. Great for sharing with your childhood sweetheart or best friend. Can be modified to have only one dorm door per room, if you'd prefer, for an increased cost per sim.

Across the road from the beach, on the other side of the island from the dorms, you'll find 4 rental houses. These houses are based on some of the most popular of my Fledgling Flats series.

Each house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with accommodations for 4 sims including 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The houses are fully furnished with skill items, computer, TV, stereo, a functional kitchen and adequate seating in both the living room and dining room.

Rental prices are fairly high, but still low enough for one sim with enough scholarships. If you share these houses, the rental price is more reasonable. Furnishings can also be altered to reduce the rental price, if desired.
