Yes, all current versions of the LotExpander and LotAdjuster should work with Nightlife, OFB, and Pets.

The LotExpander will work for any combination of expansions, up to and including Free Time. If you have any expansion pack which was released later than Free Time, then you should be using the LotAdjuster.

Even if you only have the base game and no expansions, I would recommend upgrading to the LotAdjuster, which is actively being updated and has a lot of new features. The most recent version of the LotAdjuster is available here:
