Thank you! This really makes my day. I hardly use cabinets because I find them so useless. Most of the time I use shelves. Now at last, someone has given me a reason to have them. Thank you again for sharing.

Thank you! I bought a storage chest from Discover U that takes up so much room in my traveling Sim's tiny apartment just to keep her pockets less cluttered. Cabinets make so much more sense.

Wonderful idea, except the butlers and maids like to put all the floral arrangements away in them.

Ha! I did not expect that.

The inventory component in the cabinets is a fairly generic one. I wonder if the butlers/maids are being steered toward them more than other inventory storage (like a storage chest, etc)? I'll poke around in the game's tuning and see if there would be a reason for that.

Hi, do you really need the Vampires pack for this? It honestly seems like a pretty BG-compatible mod.

It is Base Game compatible! It's showing Vampires since it includes clones of the cabinets from Vampires. The various cabinets themselves are separated into packages by pack, so if you don't have a pack, don't install the cabinets for it.

You need this one always (and includes the base game cabinets):

Then you can install the cabinets from these that match the packs you have:

It hasn't needed it.

Really, it would be hard to break. The cabinets that I cloned didn't have tuning to begin with, so the chance of tuning conflicts is pretty low.

This is one of those obvious things that is so obvious no one at EA ever thought about it! I've been wishing for this sort of functionality ever since TS3 World Adventures (because my archaeologists would always come back from digs with SO much stuff). Thanks for the work!

I think you may have your script mods turned off in the main menu. I had to turn mine on. :D
