Hate to bump ancient posts but I NEED that podium and stove thinger for my dream of having a restaurant with my home upstairs.

Is there anyway anyone can continue this or remake it?

Alternatively, is there ANY other way to get those things in an already existing residential plot?

Please, can someone make it...I want it so badly, after I build everything perfect for a restaurant then I find out I cant buy a podium. So disappointing...Pls someone make an update for this so that everyone can use it again. It is no longer workable in sims 2. I drag it out in the buy mode but nothing show up.
