A good day to u all
I unveil to u, ladies and gentlemen, the mansion to house those with a wealth of disposible income.
The Millionaire Mansion was built in c.1756 during the english enlightenment and has ever since been the most sort after property throughout the sim world.
At the rounded sum of $1,000,000 it is well inline with political, celebrity and bagman coffers, not to mention cheaters with excited fingers!!
Stately rooms include:
6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, kitchen, formal dining and lounge rooms, den, play and ballrooms, Grand Staircase,
poolside bar (indoors), large pool, outdoor entertaining patio and shop space for the exclusive clientelle!
The 5x6 lot estate is expertly landscaped conforming to the traditional rules of formal horticulture, with room to add a more personal touch.
In addition the house comes with select wallpapers, flooring and furniture to maintain exclusitivity.
Extensive wall and flooring collections: Sherlock, Alicia, serenity, romanticwall, tigris, T006, delft, casa-marbella, bastogne, vineyard and bristol
Created by Lady Komo Sims and can be found here at
Window, Door and Curtain creations: Le Petit Trianon and Versailles ranges
by the talented Sir Sim Nuts at
Column recolours by michaela at
The Chateau paneling and brickwork styles under the superior direction of Tolli
and can be seen on display at
The extroadinary propagating of yuccas, hostas and Hydrangeas done by the creaters at, thank you.
The equal stars of the landscaping project are the creators at their pots of giant oleanders and literal roses are something else.
And also jendea for the amazing collection of rocks moved with her own two hands at
Not to mention the grand cypressus planted by franky from, amazing creativity dont you think?
Also rotadendrons by Madam Mickyss at, they are my favorite plant you know!
Lastly to the lighting specialists, loverat at, those at and BiestHB at whose chandelier creations are quite out of this workld thank you.

With all but a sincere farewell and happy simming this is all from me, Lord losonogo, and remember a thank you (on the left hand side) wouldn't go astray!!

update: i have made a version which plays better in the game and is alot cheaper and also not as much cc. I will upload it if i get enough demand for it.

Update 29 Aug 2006: if u havent gathered by now im not the most organised person on earth and have abandoned my simming commitments badly!
Due to the busy and messy nature of my student life right now, it looks like i wont get around to building until a whole 5 weeks time, in my college break.
That means the millionares mansion version 2.0 wont be done until then. I know i said i would do it ages ago but work comes before games, sorry.
I will try and create a clean version and less complicated so its more playable. If u have content u wish for me to include because it will look better, post a comment and I will consider it along with a link.
Will update u guys soon
P.S thanx for all your support too it does make me feel good to know u enjoy my lots (when they work!)

Update 29th Nov 2006

Hi again MTS2 fans
I have finished college i cant believe my luck! This means mansion rebuild time!!!!!! I have to download my own work in order to edit it lol

The new version is done and have uploaded it, i hope it works better than the last, there was less game lag with this version.

The differences between the homes are three levels have been removed thus small stair cases have been removed also, a driveway is now included and the main door is a vast improvement.... oh and also fountains have been reduced as it slows the game down to much.
The price is also reduced to around $400,000...hey u still gotta be rich to live in this house!!

If you want to make this house work faster and cost less, its advisable to rid of some the plants!!

The photo is titled newer version if u want to compare :p

There is new content for the newer version

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

This house looks great! But it won't load, I tried moving a family and now the house won't load... Takes forever and then the game crashes after like 15-25 mins of waiting... I thought since maybe it is so big, so I left it there to load 3 times, same thing happened. What can I do to get my family back? I don't want to delete them! Please help...?

Help!!! I downloaded this file and did absolutely EVERYTHING I am supposed to do and I can't see the lot in my game. I followed all the downloading for dummies instructions and still no luck. The file has been downloaded and extracted and saved in the downloads file in the Sims2 folder and custom content is enabled. I so want to see and use this house but I am pulling my hair out trying to get this to work!! Any suggestions?

if anyone can figure this out PLEASE do somthing as i cant cope without this fabulous mansion! any suggtions what could be wrong?
#74 Old 27th Apr 2006 at 10:15 AM
try useing sims2 clean pack installer and just select the lot and leave the rest of the content out and see what happens.
it is a large file and i have found that on one user setting i had no luck. but on my other user settings that have no custom content. installing just the lot and no content worked. it was a bit bare in the game but i'm working on getting the custom content installed to see what happens.

Please dont upload my creations to paysites.
But please feel free to use
ANY other way you like

Why didn't you include a parking lot? I mean Rich people that can afford houses that big would have cars, lots of them.
