Neia - would you consider reviving the education career by OhMy? It would be SO appreciated. There simply aren't enough careers in TS4.

Hi Neia! I'm the creator of the Fashion Career mod- was just curious, what is the purpose of "CommonsCareer" .package you included in the latest version of your career? Thanks for making such a great mod- you inspired me to work on and complete my own

The CommonsCareer.package includes all the skill objectives that didn't exist in the vanilla game, so things like reach level 3 in wellness or reach level 10 in handiness. Most of these skill objectives exist, but not all of them, so I made a package to include the missing ones, so I can use them in all my careers without including them again, and again, in each one. Feel free to use it if you need it in your careers too, I didn't know whether there would be other modders making custom careers. You did a really good job on your fashion career !

Ahh, thanks for the reply, and yes, I know exactly what you mean! I had to create a few custom objectives for handiness, etc. for my career as well. Really clever of you, and thanks for offering to let me use it! I probably will in the future I'll send you a PM so we don't have to crowd up your comments box with unrelated chatter <3

If you could make a Philology career that would be nice too. There used to be one but I think it broke or something cannot find it now.

Hi Neia. I love this mod. I have two sims in the biology career, but I have a question. I'm trying to use the careers.promote X cheat but it doesn't seem to work. What would I use for your career in order for the "careers promote X " cheat to work? Would it be: "careers.promote biology?" Thanks for making terrific mods.

It's the simoleons_per_hour value. You need to change it in the XML and in the Data ressources.

Thank you so much!! I love this. It's always made me crazy that the EA science tracks only cover "mad scientist/inventing" type work, and medical only covers treating of patients. There's a big gap there in biology sciences and research.

I would be super interested in a tool/tutorial for creating custom careers for TS4; I did it using MTS's tutorial for TS3 but lack the knowledge to go from scratch.

Really enjoying this career, thank you! Is there any way to assign a career outfit to this so my sims don't wear casual clothing to work?

I haven't looked at how to add custom career outfits, it's on my list, but rather down the list to be honest. If you want to use one of the existing career outfits, it's the work_outfit tag in the career_levels ressources.

Hi thank you for the great mod!
I'm not sure if I can request but can you make a psychiatrist/psychologist counselor career in the future?!
