This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Hello again, lovelies. A set for your über-posh sims to fill their city loft-apartment with. :D

Set includes:
Living Chair, Love Seat, Sofa (4 colors)
Huge Wall Poster (6 designs)
Coffee Table (3 colors)
Floor Lamp (3 colors)

Set uses repository textures-- you must have the living chair in your game for the other seating pieces to work!

Includes a collection file, too-- toss it into your Collections folder.

Polygon Counts:
Chair: 1298
Love Seat: 2250
Sofa: 3322

Coffee Table: 166
Floor Lamp: 512

Huge Poster: 62

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

I love this so much but i had a problem, sorry.
When i click on the collection icon in-game it crashes the game
also, when i go to the "page" in the lighting category where the light is it crashes it also
any suggestion or is it just my computer?

Terrific job again. I adore your work, and how much attention you pay to the smallest details in the meshes and textures. This set looks so extremely realistic, if I wouldn't know this is an ingame shot I'd think it is a real-life photo!

Beautiful set!

However, I have the same crashing issue when I click on the collection file...And when I go into the floor lamp section, my game crashes. I am using a Mac and have all expansions up through Bon Voyage.

Stunning set but I cant download it. (weeps) I just keep getting a error message saying I encounted a problem.
