I tried to make all requested flags, but I’m not sure if I made all requested ones.

You even made the union Jack ... *tears rolls down cheek* and the English flag ... *another tear rolls down cheek*.

Maybe you could make up a new flag for the sims 2? with the plumbob on? or maybe one for modthesims2 with the logo on?

You have Croatia but you don't have Scotland? (Yes, they DO have their own flag!) Great job, though. Could you put in .zip format, if it isn't too much?
