tnx,i find this useful mostly for the aliens sims because sometimes they get really ugly face and i can't take it but i don't want to use cheats to age them up or send them to college just so they can use it.

also i think somebody should make a mod that changes gens aswell.

Hope this is'nt too late to ask but everyone is talking about this Dr. Vus ACSurgeon as if it lets them alter their Sims faces (and from some of the screenshots that's what it looks like) the one time I used it the sim stuck his head in it and it auto changed his face (NOT an improvement). Am I missing something or is it not working properly in my game? Does Black Spirit's let the player do the editing of the sim? Thanks to anyone who can answer this & thanks to BlackSpirit anyway for many of your other mods I have in my game they work great. Greywolf3

It's the Show Business career reward that comes with university.

If the aspiration meter isn't full enough, sometimes the machine will spaz out :P

@Greywolf3: That's just something that can happen when you use the Automated Cosmetic Surgeon. Once you save, you can't undo it (unless you backed up first), but there's no limit to the number of times you can use the ACS. Eventually, it will work and you will be able to rebuild the Sim's face.

It's simply a menu tweak. It replaces the Automatic Cosmetic Surgeon's TTAB with one that allows teens to use it, but there's no replacement code or constants that would affect the way it works or how likely it is to fail.

I know this reply is several years late, but SimPE does allow you to change the genetics to match the altered face data, though it's a little complicated.

I happens when your sim is in a bad mood, ideally you should only use rewards such as the elixir of life, Dr. Vu's, and most of the others, at gold mood or above. If your sim was already in a good mood then I don't know what happened... Just improve the mood and try again, I guess...
