I think people are making too much of a big deal about this terrorism thing. Yes make a career where you are Satan and demons fine, make a career about terrorists and suddenly your over-stepping the boundaries. Listen, terrorism has been the same as it is now for years, just because the U.S. got attacked by foreign terrorism, now suddenly its something to worry about, and the President and the media don't help by constantly talking about terrorism, which is actually reminding people that terrorism is out there and spreading even more terror, which is the job of the terrorists not the president and the media. Reguardless, all this crap about the soldiers in Iraq and crap, Ive served in TWO deployments to Iraq already, and me nor any of my buddies who know about this find it offensive at all, we actually find it kinda funny :P

So... I end my message with..... STOP YER WHINNING! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT BLOW OFF!

^ I agree. And back to the original point, if you don't like it, DON'T DOWNLOAD it. I'm sure all of you have valid points against terrorism, but this isnt the first career to cause controversy. (Think along the lines of 'pyschopath' or 'drug dealer').

I haven't tried this at all yet, but I'm also a huge advocate for freedom. I want to ask on rhetorical question that solves the whole issue - is it hurting anyone? No - of course not - it's just somebody that came up with a crazy idea. Okay - it's a touchy subject - It's a controversial subject - but it was created with a very specific target market - it's not hurting anything, or anyone, and I feel he or she has the right to create it.

I mean hey - if somebody can pee on the cross, stick it in a glass cube, call it art - ... dude - art has no bounds. So think of it as art if you have to - but yeah.... that's... my rant...

I actually think the idea of a terrorist career is a pretty good idea (No, I'm not an anti-American and no I don't hate America, so don't start.) It provides for some fun action in the strangely utopian world of the Sims. However, I have to agree that the career is too simple and I can easily think of five or six levels at least that probably exist within a terrorist network. I'd also perhaps like to see a "rebel" career, a "freedom-fighter" career or a "resistance" career as well or instead. Not all "terrorists" are terrorists, (I'm not referring to Al Queda, I'm referring to Latin communists) some are rebels branded with such a name. In this instance, I think it would be interesting to expand and diversify this career a lot more.

I make no apologies for what I say, if you've got a problem with these ideas, don't come whining to me.

LoL some of you seems like this is a real world.... hallo wake up if people wanna play terrorist in the game let them... OOHHH no a terrorist wannabe car is going to pick up my sims for work, now im a terrorist buuhuu.... If people wants to be real terrorist I don't they are getting it by downloading a terrorist career thingy to the sims 2. I guess some of you guys are pretty overprotected and real scared of your own shadow.

Please keep the comments to the technical aspects of the career, rather than the moral, pro OR con.

BMW, these are wonderful careers, but, not to seem like a nagging critic or anything, they should have more levels. Like a "mass murderer" before you become the all mighty Grim Reaper or something. However, seeing as I'm still learning to create careers and such myself, I won't post anything till I've got it down, I have no room to critisize... :sorry:

Oh god. What seems to be the problem? These thing go on in real life every day. And I like it, if my sims are realistic and their lives are realistic. Ringold said, that u should try to make a prostitute career and though he was being sarcastic, I think u should. I think the game would be more realistic then. And the career could be a 10 level one, but good job! Works fantastic.
