The file is in rar format. It needs a program that can open rar files.

The main download is in rar format. I'm not having any problems with mzcynnamon's version, which you're trying to download.

Next time, you be more specific. Unless otherwise stated, it's assumed your talking about the main download.

Same Here, Not sure what the reason for that is, but only my neighborhood has the snow terrain, but the main neighborhood doesn't have it. I notice this happens when I change the terrain type. The original terrian was Concrete, but when I change the terrian type to dirt as you said, the neighborhood becomes snowy, but when I enter the lot the neighborhood appears as concrete. I'm begining to think that the "TerrainType" change only effects the neighborhood view and not the lot view, lot view will not be change and the default neighborhood terrain (default meaning the one you chose when you created the neighborhood) will remain the same in lot view unchanged. Because this wasn't a problem for my other neighborhoods, as they were temperate, and I got the temperate snow ground cover and it covered snow in Neighborhood AND Lot Views.

I have the same problem - the lot itself and the surrounding terrain is not snowy but in neighbourhood view it is (and I have NL). Will try with a new neighbourhood and see if it makes any different.

:sorry: but I don't know what to say. are you using the change terrian cheat ? I never did it that way maybe I'll try and see what happens. Tell me if your problems is still ocurring.

Terrain replacements can be a bit unstable, reverting for no reason.

Unfortunately, it doesn't. Are you sure your selecting the correct terrain? This mods in this thread replace dirt.
