This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This works with or with out EP pack and stuff packs.
This and all of my items are always tested with any new Packs to make sure there are no problems, I have every pack made by EA Games and this will work with no problems.

The creation of this item was made possible with
The Sims Mesh Tool and SimPE Tool.

This is the Super Mega TV it can be placed on the first floor but you will need a lot of wall space because it take up 12 grids wide and two floors high.

I have made a collection file so it will now show up in both residential and community both files and a install note are included in the zip file I tried to make it bigger but the graphics mess up on the bigger ones and cause game crash. I have tested this one and it works good on both lots.

I will be up loading my new community theater with this TV used.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

hmm.. i have both uni and nightlife installed and when the tv is not turned on the screen becomes transparent.. leaving only the frame visible.
