Since my sims have to do quite a lot extra tasks back home, I decide to make them easier at working time.
This mod only increases PERFORMANCE at work/school.
Your sims have to do the extra requirements still.

Maxis/EA Defaults
Work/Study Hard increases the performance 1.5 times than Normal.

Mod Effects (3 Flavors)
X5: Work/Study Hard increases the performance 5 times than default Normal rate.
X25: Work/Study Hard increases the performance 25 times than default Normal rate.
X50: Work/Study Hard increases the performance 50 times than default Normal rate.
*CHOOSE ONLY ONE.

Compatibility
Based on Game Version [U]1.77.146/U], INCOMPATIBLE with previous patches.

Hmm, that's weird. I've checked the code, it's perfectly matched with the latest version (1.4.83.1010) and the mod works fine in my gameplay. So I don't think it needs updating. Your issue could be caused by other bugs. Maybe start another new game and try again?

I just wanted to mention that I had the 2.5X work gain and it prevented me from doing the 'freeze ray' option so i had to uninstall it to accomplish the "freeze a co-worker" task at work.

Took me about half an hour of removing mods one by one and restarting my game to figure out which mod was doing it -_- (I put each mod back in if it didn't fix the freeze ray issue).

That issue is definitely not caused by my mod. They're even not sharing the same code.
And I'm pretty sure mine is based on the lastest game code. Thanks for choosing my mod!

Appears to be broken by latest expansion child does not go to grade school. (No issues with adult sims however not sure how this effects speed

It turns out the former extract tool was out of date and couldn't handle the lastest files, making me unable to get the right code.
Now I've updated the mod with correct code from game version 1.5.139, sorry if it brought you any trouble.
