This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

As promised, I present part 2 of the Manor House Washroom set.
This set contains all of the "accessories" that complete the MH Washroom. As with the first part, there are various color options to mix, match and play with.

Click here for Pt. I of the Manor House Washroom

Most of the items in this set are purely for decoration. The mirror and sconce are the only functional items.
I have an affinity for pretty, but useless things (I'm sure there are some jokes to be made about ex-boyfriends and such, but let's leave that for another time, shall we?)

Included in this set:
-oval vanity mirror
-tubside bench
-towel bar
-paper holder
-medicine cabinet
-toothbrush cup

The collection file included in the Washroom Pt I set is the same as for this set. Please download the collection file in the Pt I thread.

Polygon Counts:
Sconce - 1608
Toothbrush Cup - 626
Towel Rack - 2002
Paper Holder - 696
Tubside Bench - 1352
Medicine Cabinet - 2302
Mirror - 736

Everything looks great in the game, both this collection and the first one. No problems. Thanks for all the hard work, and looking forward to seeing more.

YAY Part 2 is finally here! I have been waiting patiently for this set to come out. ChihuahuaLovr jumps for joy. I am anxiously waiting for the rest of the Manor House downloads to come out too. I'm so excited. And the first set looks magnificent in the game. You are one amazing creator Phoenix! Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us.

I just wanted to say that your work is wonderful! I love using your creations in my game. May I ask a question tho.... how do you get your wood floors to look so glossy? I've gone thru the floors downloads but cannot find find a high gloss floor (except for the Baja and that one does not seem glossy in my game). Thanks for your time!

After downloading nearly every item you have created and uploaded, I could be wrong but...the quote, "All or nothing" applies to your design approach (and possibly other aspects of your life). I love it The meticulous effort evident in every item, photo or font is simply breathtaking. Going to add you as a Favourite Creator <3
