first of all: thank you so much for doing this! i was so sick of the maxis maternity wear, but didn't want to install the hack since i'd rather be able to shop at home.

anyway, i noticed one little issue. i've only had one pregnant sim since installing this, so perhaps it's just this sim, but she is in one color of the dress normally (purple), then when i have her wear the thinking cap her dress color changes (to brown). it doesn't change back, even if i have her take off the cap, unless she takes a shower.

i only have the base game, if this matters.

obviously this isn't a huge issue, just thought i'd let you know!

I got the same problem as LightMyLamb. I downloaded ALL of the files and it still showed up with a random purple top and purple shorts but down by her feet it looked like pants and shoes, (i dont know where i went wrong as i am between 9 and 14 yrs old) is there another file i should get? WAIT A MINUTE! Would this: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=237740 be the cause?

If you have the MESH_tmo-Default-PregMorph_afBodyMaternityShirtPants.package from that thread installed it will conflict. It replaces the same mesh. The others should be compatible.
You can never have more than one replacement set of the same file in the game at any time.

Sundress
I downloaded this particular mod, the only games i have installed are the base game, Nightlife, Pets, university and that is it, when my pregnant sim took a shower after waking up, she was nothing but a floating head!!! Please tell me how to fix this!!!

Well first off all THANKYOU for these! (That Maxis stuff was getting very tiresome!)

My only "problem" is that my recently pregnant Sim lady's hair style insists on changing to braided pigtails when she is in her maternity outfit. I have Seasons & tried the Change Apperance/Set Hair Per Outfit option (as her "Workout" hair was pigtails) but even setting all her outfits to the same hair style didn't fix this.

Any ideas?

(Actually, it's not a huge deal. Just kinda odd...)

jlusk4266, assuming you downloaded HP's dresses and meshes from her thread.... what it sounds like is that you downloaded a custom skin (like for a specialized body type) and did not download the associated meshes to go with it.

I've had that problem since I installed seasons. it happens with and without this mod, but I have no idea what's causing it.

I would LOVE this little mod, but...
I downloaded HP's set of sundress recolours from the link in the text above. These are: Black, Brown, DkBlue, Green, LtBlue, Pink, Purple, Red, RoseCampion, White, WhiteFishies. The list is not the same as your list above.
Maybe that's why my pregnant sim seems to wear something like a sundress-shaped veil - I can see the sundress mesh all right (they are also available to buy) but it is transparent so she looks rather naked.
Or did I do something wrong?
Thanks

Loved it!!!
My sim got pregnant but there is a little problem, She is wearing the dress, but without the texture: her dress has as a texture her skintone. it's so ugly! I would love to post a screenshot of it, but i dont know how... If anyone could tell me how, so that you could understand what's going on!!
Thank you so much!

I've tried this, downloading all those dresses from HP, and installing this mod. I haven't played my lots with pregnant Sims yet, and maybe this problem is because the Sims were pregnant before I downloaded it, but the pregnant Sims who show up as visitors/customers on my other Sims' lots are showing up as disembodied heads. (The female ones, that is. The male ones are fine.) Is anyone else having this problem?

(I also had problems with the mod that let your pregnant Sims wear anything, so I got rid of that one a long time ago.)

Never mind, I think I found the problem. :-) (Somehow, only a few of the sundresses made it into the right folder, when I moved the rest of the there, I didn't have any further problems.)

Iuizaab, I had exactly the same problem. Now I downloaded HP's collection again and the 3 missing textures mysteriously appeared. I hope to go back to the game and find my Sim properly clothed

Thank you for this! Since installing BV, Squinge's all pregnancy wear any outfit mod probably doesn't work anymore and since he's not round to fix it, this will be a lovely alternative.

Thank you so much! I've been looking for a replacement for squinge's hack since BV came out - these are much prettier than the maxis made outfits!

Since I installed BV I seem to be having a problem with this one. I definitely have the meshes and textures in game, but my pregnant sim is wearing the the HP texture on the standard Maxis maternity mesh. I do have other hacks in game but they are the same ones I generally had (updated for BV of course) when this mod was working for me. Has anyone else seen this?

I am glad to see this and am grateful to you and HP. I really think it's off that they didn't make it to where we could pick and chose which outfits we can wear when pregnant. I'm not really into hacks to begin with and so I never used Squinges pregnancy hack and especially now that he's no longer modding that just reinforces my non desire to use it.

My love for you was so deep, It nearly destroyed me.

I have the same problem. I was just playing for the first time since downloading, and entered a lot with one of my pregnant sims. She was wearing the sundress texture, but over the original Maxis mesh. The only hack I have is the MATY anti-redundancy hack, and I have all of HP's originals - mesh and colours... any ideas as to why this is happening?

Thanks!

I've got the same problem and it doesn't matter if I remove all my hacks or if they're there. I don't have any other maternity hacks either... :S

I found this thread over on the InTeen boards :

http://box156.bluehost.com/~aestudi...c.php?f=7&t=609

It's about a missing Young Adult mesh, which was finally determined to be a result of having Bon Voyage & these maternity replacement files. I don't know if InTeen was/was not installed too, as the person who had this problem never reveled that information.

Just thought I would post the link here, in case anyone else finds/has this same problem. (I love these replacement files & hate to have to give them up when I eventually install BV!)
