This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

The "Latch-n-Lock" Window and Door set

Here is a little variety for your window and door collection for "The Sims2".
The set includes:
Latch-n-Lock Single Exterior Door
Latch-n-Lock Single Shutter Window
Latch-n-Lock Small Single Shutter Window
Latch-n-Lock Single Narrow Window (left)
Latch-n-Lock Single Narrow Window (right)
Latch-n-Lock FullSet Recolor
Latch-n-Lock Exterior Door V2
Latch-n-Lock Double Picture Window
Note: You must at least have the Exterior Door in your downloads folder for the rest of the set to work.
You may recolor and distribute re-colors at will. Re-colors are done through the "Single Exterior Door" as it is the "Repository" for the set. Re-color the Exterior Door and you have recolored the set. You can also add etching's to the glass as it is re-colorable as well.
Each rar file contains 2 packages, a "straight" version and "diagonal". The facet and vertice counts are very low.
You do not need the E.P. to use this set.
:smash: Builders: "You can include them in your lots for upload".

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

I am glad you like the new door, I was stumped for a design... The wood on the door (V2) contains individual verticle boards but the seams are not well seen... One more "special" window to complete this set is coming soon.

I really like the all wood door, I've been looking for it everywhere. Just perfect for a medieval pub door, hope the recolours of these include that door. Thanks a bunch

As long as you have the single exterior door (the original) the recolors will appear on all objects in the set. Just recolor the original exterior door and every object in the set is re-colored...

I am glad you all are pleased with the set, makes it that much more worth while...

About the house: The house is yet another "dummy" house that I threw together to display the work. It is not anything I would consider uploading due to the fact there are any interior walls or other interior building...

sooooo----i'll take the empty shell & do the interior myself
pleease upload those houses-it would be worth it :p

thank you
