This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
Nintendo Gamecube by psyckotic and TheSims2Master

Features :
- work like the maxis one, but it is a new mesh.

No recolor possible for the moment

*first release v4-23*

No zip file will be released.

It is annoying to see that lot of people post questions when there is already the answer in the thread. So please read all the thread before to post a question.

Please Read the Readme.txt

MMMh, strange :-/ I have downloaded the XBOX and it looks fine in the game, but the PS2 and NGC (yours) are still showing green...Even if they're said to not suffer from some mutated virus I'll try to figure this out.

It works fine in my game. I have them in a few of my dorms. Never had a problem. Though the menu option I get when I click on the controller is still "Dispose" but it's not a problem because if I click on the console I get the "Put away controllers" option so I just use that.

Oh and LAZY, a Nintendo Gamecube wouldn't be in the recolors section because this is a new mesh and not a recolor. What you probably saw a recolored Maxis game console that is the same color as a Gamecube.

Also, sims don't autonomously dispose of them so it's your own fault if they do :D

Actually, when I tested it I didn't touch a single thing (that's how i test stuff, I wait for the sims to do it on their own.) The sim walked to it, played it, then after they were done they picked up just one controller and threw it in the trash compactor. I was shocked lol. I watched again. My sim went into the most annoying loop of throwing away the same dang controller, no matter how many times I cancelled them out, they just hadda throw it away. It wasn't me. So yes, they can throw them away on their own. Either that or my game is possessed. This object would be perfect if sims wouldn't throw controllers away.

I'm looking forward to trying this out it looks super cool and is certainly an improvement on that Maxis monstrosity (that thing looks like a garish plastic toy, something you would find in a happy meal)

Now we just need some old school consoles.
Ex: Ps1, N64 SNES,NES etc.

Default Gamecube, yay!
Yay! I love the Gamecube, I've been looking for one of these, that just completely makes my day! (And my day sucked! lol)

Abandon ye boolprop and be saved, fellow simmers! Yay, my child, and verily go forth unto the land of non cheating. For I am the salvation, the glory of the anti-boolprop movement.
