Yeah, I couldn't get it to show up in my game either. It was weird. Every other hair I've downloaded has shown up but this. (So disappointed)

the hairstyles look FAB, you've got a great gift! I also love your skintones I've got it in the game. However I downloaded the hair meshes and the colors but they do not show up in my game. Is it because I have the Pets expansion? or I need to download something else?
